ACC gigafactory Kaiserslautern (DE)

With the support of its three shareholders (Stellantis, Mercedes-Benz and Saft, a subsidiary of TotalEnergies), Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is well on its way to becoming a European champion in the development and production of battery cells and modules for electric vehicles.

4.4 billion euros have been secured as part of one of the largest debt financing operations in the industry in Europe; for the development of four production blocks, in addition to the block already in operation in France (Billy-Berclau / Douvrin).
