Gigafactory ACC Kaiserslautern (DE / FR)
The Automotive Cells Company is an joint venture of Stellantis, Mercedis and Saft (daughter of Total Energies) with it's headquater in Bruges - France. ACC will implement 5 Gigagfactories in Europe in the next years.

Gecko Plan has made the plant design of the gigafactory Kaiserslautern (DE), in close cooperation with the process engineers, machine suppliers and building team.
Aldi south (international)
Aldi Süd is a large discount supermarket chain in Germany, Austria, Italy, Hungary, Switzerland, the UK, Australia and the USA.

I worked in international supply chain management, designing new distribution centres, standardising them across the company and automating them for the future.


BMW (DE / US)
Design, planning and construction of automated small parts warehouses, including connection to the assembly lines, for the BMW plants Dingolfing, Regensburd and Leipzig (DE), and Spartanburg (USA).
Posche Stuttgart (DE)
Design, layout and planning of a fully automated supplier component warehouse for Porsche Stuttgart.

XXXLutz e-commerce distribution center (DE)
E-commerce warehouse for a large furniture retailer in Amt Wachsenburg (DE).
This distribution centre handles everything from small parts to oversized goods. This is done partly manually and partly fully automatically.
Colruyt (NL)
Fully automated distribution centre for frozen goods for the food retailer Colruyt (NL).
The cold store is fully automated, from pallet entry and depalletising to storage, order picking and palletising.
